I have been listening to the Audio for a week or so. I find it very powerful. My mind wanders at times. I am able to bring my attention back to the session. Is this normal/ok?

Great question. And you are not alone… the wandering of the mind and “Chatter” are very common.
In fact, quieting the chatter is one of the ways to let your subconscious mind hear the “How” questions that are important in your life… The questions that can change your life…
Imagine you are relaxing your body and mind following the instructions in the Audio…
Now, what should you do if little thoughts start sneaking and make your mind wander?
Before I tell you what to do, let me emphasize that learning how to neutralize the chatter and mind-wandering can be one of the greatest things you can do for yourself…
In fact, controlling your thoughts is one of the most important skills in your life. Period.
If you can control your thoughts, you can change your life…
But, like any skill, it takes practice to master…
So, How should you control your mind when it starts to wander or when little insignificant thoughts lurk in?
Our first natural reaction is to fight it, isn’t it?
After all, that’s what we are always told when it comes to “control”…
We naturally think to control a wandering mind we must forcefully contain it or fight it…
But, when you are quieting your mind, you want to shutdown the logical mind… you want to lull the conscious mind…
so you can move it aside and reach the subconscious mind…
What will happen if you try to control a wandering mind by fighting it?
Yes, that’s a conscious effort… and so it brings back the conscious mind into the picture, the one you wanted to get out of the way…
So if your mind starts to wander when you are in a session, don’t fight it…
Let the thoughts come and pass gently…
Practice this, and after a while you can subdue these thoughts by not fighting them…
If you resist them, you give them significance…
And significance is something that these thoughts don’t have and should never be given…
And remember, the messages in the Audio during the session are for your subconscious mind… and they will get to your subconscious mind… you can be passive during session…
